Baked Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb chops (about 2-inch thick)
    flour
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 medium onions, sliced
Preparation
    Flour chops and brown in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Combine all additional ingredients.
    Place lamb chops in casserole dish and cover with mixture.
    Bake uncovered for 2 hours at 325`.
