Apple Oatmeal Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 medium tart cooking apples, cored, peeled and thinly sliced
6 Tbsp. light brown sugar
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Spread the sliced apples over the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sugars, flour and oats, then stir in the melted butter.
Spread this over the apples.
Pour the water evenly over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender. Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
