Spinach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy muffin mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out*
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
8 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
