Pam'S Ooy Gooies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. evap. milk
    1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 bag caramels, unwrapped
    1/3 c. evap. milk
    6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and pat half of mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pour chocolate chips over this, melt caramels and 1/3 c.
    milk and spread over chips. Crumble rest of cake mixture over caramels and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
