Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. uncooked, grated zucchini
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, beat eggs until light. Gradually add sugar while beating.
    Add oil and zucchini.
    Add cinnamon and vanilla; beat well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into greased and floured pan.
    Bake approximately 40 minutes (4 to 5 small loaves).
    Two regular loaves take longer.
