Mint Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. chocolate chips
    few drops food coloring
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, extract, cream of tartar and salt until forms soft peaks; add sugar gradually until you get stiff peaks.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Add a few drops of red food coloring.
    Cover baking sheet with plain brown paper, no butter.
    Drop mints by very small teaspoons.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
