French Fried Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. leftover seasoned mashed potatoes
    2 well-beaten eggs
    4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Sift together remaining ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Heat fat, 2 inches deep, in deep fat fryer or deep pan to 375\u00b0 on fat thermometer.
    Drop potato mixture by spoonfuls into fat.
    Fry 3 to 5 minutes or until brown.
