Beverly'S Meat Loaf(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round steak ground meat
    2/3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1/4 c. minced (dried flakes) onion
    1/4 c. chopped (dried is okay) green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 egg, beaten
    1 clove minced garlic (dried flakes)
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley (dried flakes)
    1/2 c. (water and catsup) tomato juice
    3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except catsup, in large mixing bowl. Pat mixture evenly into 1 1/2-quart utility dish, or micro loaf pan.
    Cook on Full power for six minutes.
    Turn dish halfway through cooking time unless you have a turntable.
    Drizzle catsup over top of loaf, cook on Full power for five minutes more.
    If more than 1 pound of meat is used, cook for 2 to 4 minutes more. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes, easier to cut and remove.
