Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or almonds)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and set aside.
    Sift flour and sugar.
    Add oil, pineapple and egg yolks; mix.
    Add cinnamon, hot water and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake 70 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
