Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts (6 halves)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
    1 small eggplant, sliced 3/4-inch
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Dip chicken in eggs and roll in crumbs.
    Saute in butter.
    In crock-pot, arrange eggplant, then chicken.
    Pour on sauce.
    Cook 6 to 8 hours on low.
    Add cheeses and cook 15 minutes more.
