Crab Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 clove minced garlic
    4 Tbsp. flour
    12 oz. flaked crabmeat
    1/3 lb. phyllo
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    butter (to saute)
Preparation
    In pan, saute onion and garlic with butter until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook until blended.
    Gradually add milk; stir constantly until thick and smooth.
    Stir in sherry and crabmeat.
