Potage St. Germain Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1/2 c. leeks, chopped
    10 spinach leaves
    10 lettuce leaves
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    3/4 c. half and half cream
    2 Tbsp. butter (only)
Preparation
    Simmer everything except half and half for 20 minutes.
    Then place in blender and puree.
    Add half and half; heat, but do not boil.
    Serve with sour cream and croutons on top.
