Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground round
1/2 lb. ground sausage (mild)
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste and 1/2 can water
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Ricotta cheese
9 lasagna noodles
Preparation

Brown ground round and ground sausage in large saucepan. Drain well. Return to medium heat and add seasonings, blending well into meats. Add tomato paste and water and stir well until sauce has thoroughly coated meat mixture. Add tomato sauce and blend well. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until thickened.
