Golden Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. liquid Carnation nonfat dry milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Stir in sugar, liquid nonfat milk, butter and salt.
Stir in 3 1/4 cups flour.
Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic.
Work in additional flour, about 8 minutes.
Place in buttered bowl; brush with butter.
Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled.
Punch down.
