Ham 'N Tater Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, baked ham
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place ham in baking dish.
    Boil potatoes and onion in water until just barely done, but still firm.
    Drain well and place in dish with ham.
    Lightly salt and pepper.
