Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. milk
    chopped onion and red pepper (1/4 c. total)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small can sliced mushrooms or pieces
    2 kinds shredded cheeses, Swiss and Cheddar (1 1/3 c. total)
    1 lb. browned sausage or cubed ham
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together, except sausage or ham.
    Put greased 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Cover overnight in refrigerator. Sprinkle browned sausage or cubed ham on in morning.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
