Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10-oz). pkgs. frozen hash browns (thaw)
1/2 cup melted butter
5 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw potatoes and combine with butter.
Add other ingredients and stir well.
Spread on topping mixture of 2 cups crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
