Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    light (canola) cooking oil
    1 can enchilada sauce
    4 to 5 boiled and shredded chicken breasts
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Mix cooked chicken with the cheeses and onion.
    Add the chili powder and set aside.
    Cover bottom of a hot frying pan with cooking oil.
    Allow oil to heat up and fry each tortilla.
    Pour enchilada sauce in a pie plate.
    Dip the softened tortilla in the sauce and put about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in tortilla.
    Wrap up and place seam side down in baking dish.
    Top with remaining sauce and cheeses.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese is melted and bubbly.
