Frozen Chocolate Mousse Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Oreo cookies
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    3 Tbsp. water
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    chocolate shavings
Preparation
    Crush Oreos.
    Line bottom and sides of spring-form pan with Oreos.
    Combine over hot (not boiling) water chocolate morsels and water.
    Stir until melted and smooth.
    Transfer to large bowl.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Set aside.
