Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    8 eggs
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 onion, diced
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk until frothy.
    You may need a little more milk. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in greased casserole dish approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
