Deep Dish Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    2 to 3 c. fresh sliced peaches
Preparation
    Mix salt, sugar, flour and milk.
    Spread mixture over the bottom of a buttered deep dish.
    Add peaches.
    Do not stir. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon over the top.
    Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
