Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. onion
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 can flaky biscuits
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Add sauce, onion and brown sugar. Set aside.
Separate dough into 12 biscuits.
Place 1 biscuit in ungreased muffin tin, pressing dough up the sides to the edge of the cup.
Spoon meat mixture into cups.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Good after school snack.
