Frosty Chocolate Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. ice cubes (about 7 or 8 cubes)
Preparation

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup milk; let stand 1 minute.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
