Low-Fat Spicy Barbecued Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. reduced calorie and sodium ketchup
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preparation
    To prepare the grill for cooking, spray the unheated grill rack with nonstick spray, then light the grill according to the manufacturers directions.
