Ingredients

2 eggs
1/3 c. cold water
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
dash of salt
1/4 c. sugar
16 oz. can frozen orange juice or tangerine juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine eggs, water, nonfat dry milk and salt; beat with electric or rotary beater until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and concentrate, beating until thick and lemon colored.
Freeze.
