Oatmeal Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. butterscotch chips
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. butter
    dash of salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. oatmeal
Preparation
    In a double boiler, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips, milk, 2 tablespoons of butter and salt.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Spread 3/4 of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour chocolate chip mixture over the flour mixture.
    Crumble remaining flour mixture over chocolate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.
    Ready to serve.
