Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. applesauce
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients.
    Add next 4 and mix well.
    Fold in flour, rhubarb and nuts.
    Spray Pam on 2 bread pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and let cool.
    Freezes well.
