German Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 ??? butter or margarine
    2 medium apples, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, flour and milk.
    Divide butter or margarine between 2 (8 or 9-inch) round cake pans. Place pans in oven just until butter or margarine melts.
    Remove pans from oven and rotate pans to coat thoroughly.
