Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. quartered zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
    2 cans (28 oz.) tomatoes
    2 c. chopped okra
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a large soup pot, except shrimp.
    Cook shrimp separately, then add to broth.
    Let soup steep for 1 hour before serving.
