Chicken Fried Coon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    coon
    batter
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean good
    inside
    and
    out.
    Be
    sure
    to
    remove the kernel shaped
    glands
    under
    arm\tpits
    and between the legs. Take off as\tmuch
    fat
    as
    you can.
    Cut into pieces; roll in batter and flour.
    Fry
    brown in deep fat and remove to roaster.
    Season well with salt and pepper.
    Make gravy from frying fat and pour\tover the meat.
    Add water and cook in oven until tender.
