Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter
Preparation

Place sugar, butter and milk into heavy pan and cook over medium heat until it reaches soft ball stage or 235\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat.
Quickly stir in Marshmallow Creme and peanut butter.
Pour into 2 (8 x 8 x 2-inch) greased pans.
Cut into squares when cool.
Makes 4 1/2 pounds.
