Potato-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. medium white sauce
1/2 to 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
3 c. cooked sliced potatoes
2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. butter
seasonings to taste
Preparation

Prepare white sauce, remove from heat and add cheese and stir until it has melted and add chives.
Place potatoes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour sauce over potatoes.
Mix bread crumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle crumbs over potatoes.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned in oven at 350\u00b0.
