Easy Cheese And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. boiling water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
5 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 to 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Saute chopped onion in the margarine until tender and transparent.
Add flour and cook until it thickens.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
Add to flour mixture, stirring to mix thoroughly.
Add the frozen broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
Then add the Velveeta cheese (in cubes).
When cheese is melted, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
