Orange Bavarian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
    3/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    16 oz. whipped topping
    4 egg whites
    1 large angel food cake
Preparation
    Mix together milk, sugar, egg yolks, self-rising flour and salt in a heavy saucepan.
    Cook until thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Add gelatin and orange juice concentrate.
    Beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Fold into 1/2 of the whipped topping.
    Then fold this into the cooled, cooked mixture.
