Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Pet milk
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can Ortega chilies, chopped
1 pkg. tortilla chips (Doritos cheese)
1/2 to 1 lb. grated Longhorn and Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. water
2 fryers, boiled, deboned and cut up
Preparation

Break tortilla chips and place on bottom of greased casserole (3-quart).
Mix soups, Pet milk, chopped onion, water and green chilies all together.
Pour over tortilla chips, then layer chicken and cheese, then chips, soup, chicken and cheese again; makes 2 layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting, then enjoy!
