Cheese Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch fresh broccoli
    1 onion
    4 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 large Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Chop broccoli and steam separately.
    Add milk and flour to onion and garlic to make a roux.
    Add more milk if needed.
    Add broccoli and Velveeta cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts over low heat, stirring often. Serve with cornbread or rolls.
