Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds and membranes. Mix beef, then let simmer.
