Zucchini Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini, washed and ground course
    5 medium onions, ground
    5 Tbsp. salt
    ice cubes
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper, ground
    1 green pepper, ground
    5 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Cook all together for 30 minutes (less time for very young squash).
    Makes 7 to 8 pints.
