Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. frozen potato rounds or tots
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Brown beef.
    Drain.
    Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 of onions and the tomato in the potato shell.
    Combine mushroom soup, milk, 1/2 cheese soup and black pepper.
    Pour over beef mixture.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese soup and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
