Skillet Turkey Stew(Serves 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. ground turkey
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 packet chicken bouillon
    1 c. water
    Bell's seasoning to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 c. cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Brown turkey, with onions and green pepper in a nonstick skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients, except yogurt and rice or noodles.
    Cover and cook 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in yogurt.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Approximately 390 calories per serving.
