Voodoo Pasta And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. uncooked fettuccine
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices
    1 tsp. blackening seasoning
    16 oz. jar Alfredo sauce
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine according to directions.
    Drain then return pasta to pot.
    Meanwhile, sprinkle sausage with blackening seasoning and place in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in Alfredo sauce, Tabasco sauce and parsley and heat through.
    Pour over pasta and toss until well coated.
    Makes 6 servings.
