Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped, toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Cook chicken, then dice and combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips.
Place in well-greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then chips.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Serve hot and garnish with parsley.
