Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 family size pkg. yellow squash (18 oz.)
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 slices American cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 c. buttered crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain.
    Add cheese slices and butter to squash.
    Add mushroom soup, beaten eggs and salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
