Chocolate Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. butter or oleo
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
1 can coconut

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; grease 3 (9 inch) cake pans. Beat butter at medium speed with a mixer; gradually add sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time; add vanilla.
