Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans small shrimp
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Heat soup to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add the soup.
Mix cheese with mayo and add to soup by mixing with mixer.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased mold* with mayo.
Refrigerate; unmold and serve on bed of lettuce with Ritz crackers.
