Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and sugar well.
    Add dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Add carrots and pineapple.
    Beat well. Bake in 3 (8-inch) layer pans which have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
