Mom'S Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up and set aside
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. oil
1 c. soda crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except chicken and crackers. Dip chicken in oil mixture, then roll in cracker crumbs. Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 for about an hour or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork (time depends on size of chicken pieces).
