Jim'S No-Hurt Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 cloves garlic
    3 tsp. ground chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 cans pinto beans
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 large yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet and drain.
    In a large pot, blend all ingredients well.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
