Minted Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. boiling water
    5 regular size mint tea bags
    1 c. sugar
    5 c. water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    2 (10 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
    fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and set aside 5 minutes.
    Remove tea bags, squeezing gently.
    Stir in sugar and next 3 ingredients.
    Chill.
    To serve, stir in ginger ale and garnish, if desired.
    Yields 3 1/2 quarts.
