Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. carrots

If using self-rising flour, omit baking powder and baking soda.
